Charming boutique hotel in a perfect location
The hotel was beautifully decorated for the holiday season. Its location near the Sorbonne and easy access to public transport allowed us to explore Paris with ease. The complimentary afternoon tea and access to the spa were good touches. The shower design was a bit awkward, which affected our overall comfort.

The staff were very attentive and friendly, the amenities were very nice and the free mini bar was a great addition.
I didn't like the fact that the air conditioning was seasonal as it got very hot in the room at night.

The Grand Hotel Saint Michel offered an adorable stay right in the Latin Quarter. The festive decorations for Christmas were up early, and I loved the cozy vibes of this place. The location couldn't be better. The Sorbonne and various metro stations are just steps away. I enjoyed walking to local attractions, including the Pantheon and beautiful gardens. My room, while small, was stylish and comfortable. The spa services were a good surprise and free of charge. The staff provided excellent service, and afternoon tea each day was a nice touch. On the downside, the shower design made it a bit difficult to use and the comforter had some stains, disappointing. Breakfast options were limited, and I found them not quite matching the hotel's overall charm. Those aspects could definitely improve the overall experience.

Booked a room with cool views, and the staff were professional people at the reception desk. The hotel had a central location and it was around 4-6 minutes away by foot from La Sorbonne. This property was in a perfect area so close to the Jardin du Luxembourg at the heart of the Latin Quarter, Paris's attraction, and metro station and many nice restaurants😃😀👍

The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They spoke English, which was helpful to us. The hotel couldn't possibly be in a better location. It is right in the heart of Paris, in walking distance to the Luxembourg Gardens, the Pantheon, Notre Dame and the University Sorbonne. It is only minutes from different metro stops and it is right near many good restaurants. It is also only a short walk to great shopping. Our room was small but nice and the bathroom was very modern. I would recommend one book the superior rooms. They are a bit larger. Ours had a small terrace. The breakfast buffet is excellent with a huge variety of tasty foods and drinks. We would recommend this hotel to others and we would stay there again. We got our money's worth.
Our original room was their basic "classic" room and, aside from being very small, the air quality was bad. The air conditioning in that room kept producing a foul odor. However, we were able to switch to another room and upgraded to one of their larger, superior rooms. The elevator was broken for the first 3 days we were there and, as our room was on the 5th floor, it was nice once it was fixed. They had problems with the computer designated for guest use in their conference room but this was also resolved while we were there. It was a plus having the fitness room but it is quite small with limited equipment.

The location is excellent for the heart of Paris - close to the Pantheon, Notre Dame, etc. The hotel staff were extraordinary.
Rooms are a bit spartan and were expensive.

It was just a solid selection for a quick layover in Paris with excellent value for money. The hotel staff were helpful with directions and recommendations for nearby eateries. Try to grab a room with a balcony for great views.

hotel location is at the center of the city. You are just a walk away from Notr Dame and Saint-germain and you can take a taxi or metro to Champ Elysee. Room is so clean and new decorated.
room are too too small to stay. hotel facilities (dry laundry, meal etc) are so poor even some of them isn't existed. According to facilities and general conditions at hotel, price is quite high.
